Nowell Smith

Growing up in Washington State, Nowell spent many years traveling across the world alongside her husband during his military career. Experiencing different places, cultures, and communities helped shape her passion for connecting with others and supporting people from all walks of life. She enjoys staying creative and hands-on through crafts, projects and activities that encourage learning, self-expression, and growth. She has continued her journey working as both a provider and Direct Support Professional where she found fulfillment in building meaningful relationships and making a positive impact in the lives of those she supports. What began as a career path soon became a lifelong passion centered around compassion, patience, and empowering others. Now stepping into her new role as Program Coordinator, Nowell looks forward to continuing to help individuals grow, learn, and thrive each day.
