Mikayla Kilgore
Springfield Regional Program Manager
Mikayla grew up in Springfield, Missouri but is originally from Kansas City, Missouri. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Missouri State University in 2020. Through college, Mikayla worked in the floral industry, but knew that she wanted to work in a human service field where she could pursue her passion of helping others. After graduation, Mikayla worked throughout the Springfield Public Schools district helping teachers and students navigate behavioral problems as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy. While working in the school systems, Mikayla developed a passion for working with individuals with disabilities. In November 2023, Mikayla transition out of her RBT role, and began her career with Restoring Hope.
In June of 2022, Mikayla married her husband, Abraham. Mikayla lives with her husband and their two cats in Springfield, Missouri. In her free time, Mikayla enjoys traveling the world, weekend trips, reading, going to the lake, and spending time with her family and friends.
