Jessica Motts

Jessica is from the St. Louis area and graduated from Missouri Baptist University with a degree in Special Education. Before stepping into her current role, she spent six years teaching in the autism department for the Special School District, working closely with individuals with severe behavior disorders.

What drives her the most is seeing people grow—especially when they start believing in themselves. She loves creating supportive spaces where individuals can feel seen, valued, and empowered to thrive.

When not working, you can usually find Jessica with her family and two dogs, enjoying a good horse show or wandering through a farmers market.
