Hillary Dulaban

Central Missouri Regional Program Manager

Hillary grew up in the town of Sedalia, MO, where she graduated from Smith-Cotton High School, in 2001.  She attended State Fair Community College, where she received an Associate of Arts Degree.  She then continued her education by receiving a Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology, from the University of Central Missouri.  While attending UCM, Hillary knew she had a passion for helping others that had difficulties advocating for themselves.

Hillary began working for the Missouri First Steps program right out of college, as a Service Coordinator.  She assisted children, birth to age three, having varying abilities and special needs, along with their families to get the supports and services they needed to flourish.  After working for First Steps for over 12 years, she accepted a position with Child Safe of Central Missouri where she was a Forensic Interviewer for children who were victims of suspected abuse.  She also held the position of the Education and Community Outreach Coordinator.  Hillary had known about Restoring Hope for some time and continuously felt drawn to the agency.  In April of 2020, she accepted the Program Manager position for the Central Region and has said it feels like home.

Hillary lives in Lincoln, MO with her husband, Dusty, who works for the Union Pacific Railroad.  Together they have 5 beautiful, smart, kind-hearted children that keep them busy: Lexie, Brooks, Piper, Estelle, and Ivy.  When Hillary is not watching her kids’ sporting events (which she loves!!), she enjoys golfing, camping, reading, and spending quality time with her family and friends.  Hillary feels blessed to work for an agency that helps individuals with differing abilities, live their best life.
