Alexis Harms
Central Missouri Regional Program Manager
Alexis grew up in Lincoln, Missouri, where she graduated from Lincoln High School in 2021. After high school, she enrolled at State Fair Community College with the intention of pursuing a degree in radiology. However, she quickly realized that this career path was not the right fit for her. Inspired by her father, Aaron Harms, who has been with Restoring Hope for many years, Alexis became deeply drawn to the organization’s mission. She attended numerous Restoring Hope events, where she connected with clients and discovered her true passion for helping others. Motivated by this experience, Alexis decided to pursue a degree in social work at the University of Central Missouri. She had the opportunity to complete her internship with Restoring Hope, where her passion for the organization grew even stronger, and graduated with her Bachelors of Social Work in May 2025.
In her free time, Alexis enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, shopping, and attending different sporting events. She also loves to travel and is always up for an adventure!
