MacKenzie Howard

Mackenzie was born and raised in the small town of Windsor, Missouri. She graduated from Windsor High School in 2009 where she received her Associates Degree from State Fair Community College in Early Education.  MacKenzie then went on to receive her Bachelor’s Degree through Central Methodist University in Educational Studies.

Throughout college, Mackenzie has worked full time as a Paraprofessional at both Windsor and Warsaw school districts for a total of 6 years.  Mackenzie felt her heart being pulled in a different direction and after much thought she decided to take a huge leap from education to join the Restoring Hope team as the first full time Self Directed Support Broker for the agency.  Since then, MacKenzie has became one of our Central Missouri Program Managers.

MacKenzie enjoys traveling, biking on the Katy Trail and Rock Island, reading, helping in her community, spending quality time with family and friends!  She loves to help others and continually strives to create change in our state towards the stigma of individuals with developmental disabilities.
